Start: January 7, 2019

Rules for the 8 Week Cash Money Contest: 

1. You will need to workout at Pure Workout 5 days a week. Those five days you will need to check in at Pure Workout on your personal Facebook page. 
2. You will need to do 20-30 min of cardio 7 days a week. It can be done at Pure Workout or on your own. You will need to post a picture or video of what you are doing for cardio on our PRIVATE Facebook page “The PW Family” which you will be added to once you join. Make sure you friend Kira Dokos and Judah Dokos on Facebook so we can add you to the private group page. 
3. You will be required to take before and after photos. 
4. You will be required to follow the meal plan that we give to you. If you need any tweaks or have questions we are available anytime either at the gym or through FB messenger. The private FB Page is also a good place to ask questions. 
5. At the end of the contest your pictures will be voted on. Those votes will determine the winners of the contest! You could potentially win LOTS OF CASH MONEY!! Judah and Kira will have the final say to make sure the voting was fair and unbiased.
6. Along with your entry fee you’ll be required to pay gym dues. You will have a few options as far as prices. 
- You can pay monthly dues at $70 cash or $80 on a card with a 30 day cancellation notice. 
-OR you can do our New Years Special which is $55 a month for 4 months. This can be paid in full or be paid monthly. 

💪🏻Our class times are:
Monday- Friday:
5,6,7 and 9:30 AM and 4:30, 5:30 PM

💪🏻Monday-Thurs: There will be a 630 PM class IF there are at least 7 people signed up for that class. THIS is the ONLY class which you would be required to sign up. 

⏰Make sure you are ON TIME to class. If you are late for any reason you will not be able to workout that class time! This is something we will not budge on for your safety and the safety of others. 

👧🏼👦🏼🧒🏽Kids room: We do have a kids room with lots of toys, movies and snacks! Our early morning hours (5,6 and 7AM) there is no supervision. 9:30 AM there is someone supervising and it’s $1 a day per kid. Afternoon classes (4:30,5:30 PM) there will be supervision with no extra money required. Again, 6:30 PM will have supervision IF there are enough people signed up for the class.

My name is Ed Platt and I’ve been with Pure Workout for 6 years. I started exercising 8 years ago with my friends and brother because I wanted to change the way people looked at me. I weighted 125 pounds before I started exercising, so I decided to start doing video exercise programs with them to put on some weight and strengthen myself. After doing different programs, I found Pure Workout through a friend and continued going there because I liked the trainers and people I worked out with. Initially, I started out as a trainee, but after time, I started helping Judah out with demonstrations, and eventually helping with classes and different programs that he has offered to his clientele. If I could offer any advice to to anyone looking to exercise, I would tell them to “Take baby steps.” Losing weight doesn’t happen over night, or putting on muscle takes time, so focus on what they want, be consistent, and listen to what your body is telling you. Pure Workout is an amazing place to exercise for any age group, and any level of fitness! You become part of a family, and look forward to seeing your friends everyday when working out. 

Emily is our morning trainer and has been a fitness instructor with over 10 years of experience. She started her career with a love of group class instruction, with an emphasis on form and fitness safety. Emily is currently a fitness competitor in the NPC and is nationally qualified with a top 5 finish in a national competition. When outside of the gym you will most likely find her outside doing various activities such as hiking, swimming, rock climbing or back packing! For those who are just starting or coming back to their fitness journey Emily would love to change the perception on how most people view fitness; and view it as a necessity of life and not an on and off again activity. She would love the chance to challenge you to make it a non negotiable part of each day, just like eating or working because there is nothing more important than taking care of your body and your health. Doesn't matter your current fitness state, all levels are welcome, and the good news is, with time it always gets easier!
